Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature journals (2018-2023)
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives
- Security clearance eligibility (Tier 1)
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder management
- Certification in Future Foresight Methodology (FFM)
