Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate industry disruptions
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech infrastructure and product lifecycle
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching cutting-edge tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and future trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex visions
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., Stanford d.school)
