Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with proven impact on future-facing projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or advanced robotics
- Track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience securing R&D funding and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
