Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research in quantum/AI
- Proven track record scaling technology ventures to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 AI management systems
- Deep understanding of NIST quantum security frameworks
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 tech transformation
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar advanced credential
