Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation velocity
- Represent company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor emerging talent in future technology ethics and governance
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in technology lifecycle management and M&A integration
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 publications
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit) and Neural Interface Design
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-year technology predictions
