Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology roadmap aligning with market forecasts and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage technology innovation pipeline and prioritize R&D investments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong business acumen with MBA or equivalent technical degree
- Experience building cross-functional innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in technology publications
- Proficient in scenario planning and market modeling tools
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
