Responsibilities
- Design and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and industry 4.0 trends
- Lead cross-functional task forces to evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for enterprise integration
- Develop predictive analytics models forecasting technology adoption curves and competitive disruption vectors
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, data sovereignty, and sustainable tech implementation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and global tech consortia
- Present technology strategy to investors, boards, and regulatory bodies with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and lean experimentation methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-level tech transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, or Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certifications in technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) or futures methodology
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes across multiple jurisdictions
- Demonstrated success in securing $5M+ R&D budgets or innovation funding
