Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework aligning with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess market readiness for adoption
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption impact
- Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (PhD preferred)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CEIM)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or venture capital partnerships
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
