- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and competitive threats
- Architect scalable digital frameworks for future-proof organizational operations
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage technology incubation programs for breakthrough innovations
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic impact and ROI of future tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2025)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., CFTe, CFTE) or equivalent strategic planning credentials
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills across C-suite and technical teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future technology implementations
