Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, decentralized systems, neuro interfaces) to identify strategic opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Present technology vision and progress to stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies within enterprise frameworks
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in remote environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical vision to diverse audiences
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
