Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability through market research and competitive analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for major initiatives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor relationships for cutting-edge technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two transformative tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and financial modeling skills
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar preferred
- Experience securing patents or publishing in top-tier tech publications
