Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, aligning with corporate vision and market projections
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Create executive-level roadmaps for technology adoption and workforce transformation
- Analyze global tech policy and regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological foresight within the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML ethics, sustainable tech, or neurointerfaces
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks and ethical governance frameworks
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
