Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term business objectives and the specific demands of the year 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies, market shifts, and competitive landscapes to identify high-impact opportunities for disruption and growth.
- Strategic Planning: Translate complex technological trends into actionable strategic initiatives, including budget forecasts and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to drive buy-in.
- Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and acquisitions to accelerate our innovation pipeline.
- Feasibility Studies: Assess the technical and financial feasibility of new technologies before they are integrated into the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully defining long-term technology roadmaps and influencing organizational strategy.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and IoT.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into coherent strategies.
