Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable systems) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to position company as industry pioneer
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility for future-tech incubation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused technologies (AI/quantum/biotech experience preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with strategic focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CTO School) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year technology strategy implementations
