Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neural Interfaces) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D to transition experimental concepts into scalable enterprise products.
- Establish thought leadership and contribute to industry publications regarding future tech trends.
- Manage a budget for pilot programs and R&D initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, strategy, or R&D.
- Deep understanding of current and future computing paradigms, specifically AI and Quantum computing.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to forecast tech trends 3-5 years out.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical visions to diverse stakeholders.
