- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough products and services
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and secure executive buy-in
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption of new technologies
- Curate thought leadership content to position company as future-focused authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, and synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
