Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author trend reports and white papers that influence executive decision-making and investor communications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitor strategies to maintain competitive advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation roles with demonstrated impact on 3-5 year planning horizons
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method) and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software (Foresight Platform)
- Portfolio showcasing published trend reports or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
