- Produce annual Future Impact Reports with predictive analytics and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Present strategic foresight findings at executive summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic modeling
