Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging trends, technologies, and socio-economic indicators to develop 5-year strategic foresight reports
- Design and implement innovation frameworks that align with organizational vision for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into development roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against strategic milestones
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Develop scenario-planning models for market disruptions and black swan events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in corporate strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
