Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable design principles
- Author annual 'Future State' reports forecasting market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Design and facilitate immersive scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex emerging technologies into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Mentor junior innovation strategists and drive foresight literacy across organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related technical field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven portfolio of executed future-state strategies with measurable impact
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence scenarios
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFCS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience building innovation ecosystems in high-growth tech markets
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
