Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful futuristic products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong command of emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CPSI, CIP) or futurist credentials
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or executed innovation roadmaps
