- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Produce annual Future State Reports with data-driven market predictions and opportunity analyses
- Design immersive foresight workshops for C-suite executives on emerging risk landscapes
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate breakthrough startups
- Represent company at global tech summits as a thought leader on future-focused strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging tech analysis with published thought leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising C-suite on innovation strategy and digital transformation
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
