Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology forecasts and strategic innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing next-gen solutions for climate resilience and AI ethics
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Translate future trends into actionable product development plans
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Guide organizational culture adaptation to future workforce paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, sustainable energy)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF) preferred
- Portfolio of published future forecasts or innovation frameworks
