Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, social shifts, and market disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and their business implications
- Advise C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning and risk mitigation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex foresights into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholder audiences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused strategy implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures methodologies preferred
