Responsibilities
- Anticipate global technology and societal shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with futures methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, backcasting)
