Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and implementation roadmaps for emerging markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis for emerging technologies and disruptive business models
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with futurist networks, research institutions, and think tanks
- Author thought leadership content on future-focused topics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical, systems thinking, and scenario-planning abilities
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
