Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive-level foresight briefings and trend impact assessments
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Champion ethical innovation and sustainable futures in all decision-making
- Mentor teams in future literacy and adaptive methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation management
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Experience scaling foresight functions in global enterprises
