- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for early-stage access

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record in translating exponential trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
