Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefings for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to identify patent opportunities and future-proof IP portfolios
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario-planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
- Certification in strategic foresight or equivalent (preferred)
