- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-state solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic innovation ROI and market adaptation
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database with predictive analytics
- Represent the firm at global futurism and technology conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight or scenario planning
- Experience with futures mapping tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex trends into executable strategy
