Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale future-focused products and services
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders, investors, and industry partners
- Monitor emerging technologies and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and rapid iteration for future readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 5+ years market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR
- Exceptional data modeling, scenario planning, and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping in complex environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
