Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and quantify emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2030
- Develop innovation frameworks and roadmaps that align with long-term business objectives and market disruptions
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future scenarios into prototype development and commercialization plans
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability sectors
- Present future-focused insights to executive leadership and board members with compelling data visualization
- Champion a culture of innovation by facilitating cross-functional workshops and hackathons
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or foresight roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives from concept to market
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems and research institutions
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
