Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and societal shifts to create 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop innovation roadmaps for clients in sectors including healthcare, energy, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market gaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in trend analysis, innovation strategy, or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic roadmaps for large organizations
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Strong network within the global innovation ecosystem (VCs, research labs, think tanks)
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
