Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential technology opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Translate future insights into actionable product development strategies
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
