- Produce forward-looking reports and scenario simulations for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to access emerging research
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, or clean tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
