Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic patterns, and geopolitical shifts to forecast industry transformations through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to guide R&D investments and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Present compelling vision reports and trend briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-facing insights into long-term roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to enhance predictive modeling
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives on organizational resilience
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing foresight methodologies for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend mapping and scenario planning tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, books, reports)
