Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate market disruptions and competitive threats
- Produce trend analysis reports on AI, quantum computing, and sustainable innovation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Design and deploy innovation methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in innovation strategy or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent
