Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-innovation)
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating sustainability, ethics, and human-centric design principles
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Present foresight insights to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Innovation Management, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of implementing strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to visualize complex scenarios for diverse audiences
