Responsibilities

- Lead workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Build proprietary forecasting models using machine learning and predictive analytics
- Author thought leadership reports on future workforce automation and ethical AI governance
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions (AR interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning and trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, consulting, or innovation with proven future-planning impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
