Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Build quantitative models for exponential growth opportunities and disruption risks
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor teams in adaptive strategy methodologies and scenario planning
- Author quarterly trend briefs that inform corporate investment priorities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in reputable futurist or business journals
- Experience with global trend forecasting platforms (e.g., Gartner, Frost & Sullivan)
