Responsibilities
- Lead foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends across technology, demographics, and global markets
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market entry and product innovation
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and risk/opportunity assessment
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations communicating future implications
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to embed foresight into innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Advise leadership on disruptive threats and first-mover opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients on transformational initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP-V, cross-impact analysis)
