Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global industry forums
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Management, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in foresight consulting, innovation strategy, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
