Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for disruptive industry shifts
- Design ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct global trend analysis across biotech, quantum, and climate tech
- Build innovation ecosystems with MIT, Stanford, and EU research labs
- Present strategic futures to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on 4IR technologies or human-machine interfaces
- Experience with scenario modeling tools (e.g., GBN, Millennium Project)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof strategies
- Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic preferred
- Portfolio of foresight projects with measurable impact
