- Design innovation pipelines that translate future insights into revenue-generating opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies across departments
- Produce forward-looking reports and presentations for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof products and services
- Establish KPIs to track organizational future-readiness and adaptability metrics
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and systemic change modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or foresight academy)
