- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Develop competitive advantage strategies through emerging technology adoption (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation velocity and future-readiness
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future scenario projects with measurable impact
