Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive teams to stress-test business models against future uncertainties
- Produce high-impact foresight reports translating complex data into actionable innovation frameworks
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advise C-suite on future-proofing organizational structures and talent strategies
- Develop proprietary foresight methodologies and thought leadership content
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite foresight engagements ($500k+ projects)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan)
- Fluency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
