Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and renewable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating foresight into executable innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive models for executive audiences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for future-proofing client operations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing predictive models for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and quantitative trend analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
