Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal trends through 2026 using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation priorities
- Author annual 'Future State' reports distributed to Fortune 500 partners
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with venture-style evaluation frameworks
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and exclusive futurist symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related advanced degree with 10+ years experience
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (Nature/Science/IEEE)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and technology adoption curves
- Track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (patents preferred)
- Mastery of AI-driven trend prediction tools (GPT-4, Palantir, etc.)
- Global network of futurists and innovation thought leaders
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (AC/FFR or equivalent)
