Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and societal trends with 2026+ impact
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive market shifts
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend analysis methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-level innovation strategies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills for executive audiences
