Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends with disruptive potential through 2026+
- Develop and maintain strategic scenario models for technological, economic, and societal evolution

- Present executive briefings and board-level strategic recommendations on future trajectories
- Establish and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and thought leaders
- Design and implement foresight frameworks for organizational decision-making processes
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers on future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial and organizational strategies
